Staff Resources

To obtain your official district photo ID badge, please submit a clear headshot through the ID Badge Request link in your Employee Portal, or visit the Human Resources office during business hours to have your picture taken in person. Be sure to bring a government-issued photo ID and your Employee ID number. Your badge—which also serves as your keycard for secure door access across all district facilities—will be issued during New Employee Orientation or sent directly to your school site's main office. Staff members are required to wear their ID badges visibly at all times while on district property.

To obtain your official staff parking placard, please complete the brief Parking Permit Request Form available in your Employee Portal under the Onboarding Checklist section. You will need your Employee ID, vehicle make/model, and license plate number. Once submitted, your physical placard will be available for pickup at the District Office, or you can opt to have it delivered directly to your assigned school site's main office. Please ensure your permit is hung clearly on your rear-view mirror whenever parked in designated staff spaces across district campuses.
